Documents Required at NEET Exam Center
Apart from the NEET Admit Card, candidates will be asked to present the following (below-mentioned) documents while entering the exam center.
- Passport size photograph affixed on NEET Admit Card
- One passport size photograph to be affixed on Attendance Sheet.
- Valid Original Identity proof, PwD certificate, if applicable.
- One Post Card Size (4”X6”) color photograph with white background should be pasted on the Proforma downloaded with the Admit Card and should be handed over to Invigilator at Centre.
A candidate can be prohibited from entering the exam hall in case he/she fails to present the documents along with NEET 2021 Admit Card.
