Nothing OS 3.0 Release Date, Eligible Devices, Features and More

The official date for the release of Nothing OS 3, which is built on Android 15, has not been announced yet. However, Carl Pei’s picture gives away a date that could be the event. OS 3 might not come out on October 25. If not, it will come out in November.

According to Carl Pei, they will publicly announce Nothing OS 3 in September. They can also start beta after the news comes out.

Nothing put out stable Android 14 for the Nothing Phone (2) in the second half of December of last year, two months after the test start in mid-October. You can get the source code a month earlier this year than last year. This could mean that Nothing will start the test sooner and release the final version of Android 15 at least a month earlier than last year.

As usual, the update will start with the new Nothing Phone 2a or 2a Plus models and then spread to other models that can get it.

What Does Nothing OS 3.0 Have?

It is likely that tech fans know that Carl Pei is the man behind the Nothing brand. He leaked a few features of Nothing OS 3.0 in one of his tweets, which was the first public look at Nothing OS 3.
Put an app on hold: Archive is like iOS’s offload in that it lets you delete an app without losing its files. You will get back the app’s information when you restart it. In the App info settings, you can find the preserve choice.

Rearranged the settings: There are also changes to the settings app. Grouping settings that are similar makes it easy for users to find settings and choices that are similar.

Battery Life and Number of Cycles: With Nothing OS 3, users can see how healthy their phone’s battery is and how many cycles it has been through. The new setting called Device Diagnostics is where you can find it.
